If the product was damaged during shipping
Please be sure to check the condition of the product when it arrives, and if you find any damage, refuse to accept it and notify the delivery company. After that, please contact customer support and we will exchange it.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance at shikimono2022@gmail.com. To return an item, please send it to [Room 1504, Building 56, Wanke Mirai City 3rd Phase (Mengxi Village), Liangzhu Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, China, 311100]. If the return is due to damage, we will cover the shipping costs. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items that have not been returned in advance will not be accepted.

Regarding refunds: After we receive and inspect your returned item, if your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some processing time for your bank or credit card company. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shikimono2022@gmail.com.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Differences in color due to differences in monitor settings or shooting environment do not constitute a defective product.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and 10% customs duty.
Handmade traces such as loose threads, slight color unevenness, and uneven weaving, which are typical of handmade products, do not constitute a defective product.
Please understand that minor fiber shedding is a normal characteristic of natural fiber carpets.
About Shipping
Shipping Fees & Delivery Destinations:
Currently, if you purchase any product from our website within Japan, we will deliver it to you free of charge. (However, this does not apply to some remote areas such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, and large products.)
When you place your order, we will estimate delivery and lead times based on product availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on your selected shipping carrier, estimated delivery dates may be displayed on the shipping quote page.
Delivery Time:
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock product orders, we will provide a tracking number within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
For pre-orders and backorders, please refer to the delivery date on the product page.
Delivery Changes & Order Cancellations:

Order Cancellation: There is no fee if you cancel an order that has not yet entered the shipping process.
Address Changes: There is no charge for changing the address on an order that is not yet in the shipping process.

Order Cancellation: Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed, so if you refuse to accept the order, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and a 10% customs duty, which will be applied as a cancellation fee.
Order Tracking:
If you have an account on our site, you can track your order and shipping information through your account. If you are not registered on our site, you can still track your order by your order number.
